Thank you for your interest in the Bay Shore United Methodist Church. We are located in the village of Bay Shore, on the south shore of Long Island, New York, about fifty miles east of New York City.

Our congregation has been a part of the local community since 1810. We are a fellowship of Christians of all ages and many nations and races. We are bound together both by our joyful worship of a loving and forgiving God and the Methodist tradition of involvement in and service to the world He has entrusted to us.

If you are seeking a place to nurture your faith, we hope you will consider making our Church your Church. There are rich opportunities here for worship, learning, service, spiritual growth, and fellowship. Here you will have many friends - and one great Friend. Here you can find a spiritual home and feel “at home”.

Our pastor is available for counseling and for visitation in homes, hospitals, and nursing homes. Whether or not you are a member of our congregation, please feel free to call on us if you are in need.
